My name is Dominique Clothiaux-Sarff. I have a bodywork practice serving Charlottesville, Va. To find out more about the details of my services please use the links above.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004 and received my training from the Moscow School of Massage in Idaho. I carry licenses to practice in Washington, Virginia and New Mexico states.

I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy and have studied the biomechanical, functional, and biodynamic approaches in this field since 2005. I am a graduate of Craniosacral studies from Janet Evergreeen and The Sanctuary, Upledger Institute, Bastyer University, The Kutenai Institute of Integral Therapies and is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. I worked in Washington State University Health and Wellness Services treating chronic pain patients on a referral basis from the doctors using Craniosacral Therapy exclusively, before moving to Charlottesville. I also have experience seeing the drastic success that this work has had with working long term with Parkinson's Disease which is a special area of interest for me as a therapist. In this field, I have worked with Chronic Pain, Injury, Trauma, Birth, Death, Degenerative Nerve Disorders, IBS, Cancer, Headaches,Whiplash and others. I offer free Craniosacral sessions to those in advanced stages of cancer due to its ability to settle and unlock healing potential in terms of managing pain and discomfort.

I also have an extensive training in Visceral Manipulation since 2006 from the Barral Institute of which I studied in Seattle, Wa and Baltimore, MD.

I am a faculty member and instructor at the Virginia School of Massage of Charlottesville where I teach Craniosacral Therapy, Professional Development and Massage. I also offer at 30 hr CE course on The Fluid Dynamics of Craniosacral Therapy which I teach through out Virginia, Washington and New Mexico states.

I also have a special interest in working with the birthing process and offer some of the highest support as a Certified Live Birth Doula authorized by DONA International.

A Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance with a dedicated practice is asana and meditation since 1998 while having apprenticed with world renowned yoga teachers throughout the country and abroad.
